5. Subscription Plans and Credits

  • Our services are subscription-based, and different packages provide different levels of access to our database and features.
  • Upon registration and email activation, users receive 5 free credits, which allow for limited access to data searches. Full access to the data requires a paid subscription.
  • Subscription plans include Free, Enterprise, and Custom tiers, each with varying amounts of credits and features.
  • If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credits from your account dashboard.
  • Unused credits will not be rolled over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated in your subscription plan.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Subscription fees are clearly outlined on the pricing page. You agree to pay all charges in accordance with your selected subscription package.
  • Payments are made on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose.
  • If payment fails for any reason, your access to our services may be suspended until payment is received.

We offer a 3-day refund policy for first-time subscribers if you are not satisfied with our services. After this period, no refunds will be provided, and all subscription payments are final.
