1. What services does GhostCat provide?

We specialize in offering solutions for leaked credentials exposure. Our platform allows you to securely retrieve credentials from our database that is leaked on the internet.

2. What packages do you offer?

We offer three subscription packages:

Business Plan: Provides access to our services, with 200 credit searches per month.
Enterprise Plan: Offers more extensive access, with up to 350 credit searches per month.
Custom Plan: It depends on how many credits you want and depends on your organizational size and needs.

3. How do I check my available credits?

You can see your remaining credits at the top of your account dashboard. We will also notify you via email and on the dashboard when your credits are running low.

4. What happens if I run out of credits?

If your credits reach zero, you will not be able to perform any more searches until you purchase additional credits. A message will be displayed in your account, guiding you on how to top up your credits.

5. Is my data safe with GhostCat?

Yes, we take data security very seriously. All your interactions and searches are encrypted using the latest security protocols. We also ensure that no unauthorized parties can access your retrieved credentials.

6. Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

We offer a refund policy within the first 48 Hours of your subscription if you are not satisfied with our service. After that period, no refunds will be issued.

7. How often are the credentials updated in the database?

Our database is updated frequently, with new credentials being added in real-time as we scan multiple sources across the web.

8. Can I transfer credits between users?

At this time, credits cannot be transferred between users. Each user’s credits are tied to their individual account.
